Meet the Team
Steve has been with the Chilfen Export Packaging for over 30 years. His career started on the shop floor which later progressed to production management and later to sales. Steve has been Technical Sales Manager for over 10 years and is responsible for management of key accounts, technical case designs, sales and estimations.
Bruce has worked in the export trade since 1990. He joined the Chilfen Export Packaging team in 2006 and have since held various roles in the business. He has been Internal Sales Co-ordinator since 2012.
Steve started his career at Trafalgar Cases in 1992. Steve’s role is varied and amongst other duties includes undertaking the procurement of raw materials, managing relationships with key suppliers and managing stock rotation. He is also responsible for planning the work that goes through the sawmill plus issuing schedules, specifications and plans to the wider team.
Sally has been with the company since 2005. She is responsible for running the accounts and payroll facilities for Trafalgar Cases.
Scott started his career at Trafalgar Cases in 1997 as a case maker on the factory floor. He has since gone on to work in Internal Sales & Logistics and is now Quality Assurance Manager for the whole Timber Packaging Division.
Mark has worked in the export packaging and storage container business since 1977 and joined Trafalgar Cases in April 1985. Mark leads sales across the entire Timber Packaging Division. With extensive knowledge of the industry gained over more than 40 years, he is heavily involved in the designing and pricing of packs to meet customer specific requirements.
Mark started his career at Chilfen Export Packaging in 1989 where he worked as a case maker and later an assistant supervisor. Mark is now Production & Transport Manager for the Timber Packaging Division. Amongst other responsibilities, his role includes organising logistics, overseeing and monitoring production processes, reviewing and organising production schedules and training and supervising production and logistics teams.
Terry began his career at Trafalgar Cases in 1985. As Production Manager, his responsibilities
include reviewing and organising production schedules, assisting with packaging solution design,
ensuring client’s expectations of delivery, quality and design are met. Also, amongst other duties - managing the maintenance of the plant and building, ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed and that products and production are met on time and to the desired quality.
Simon has been with the Chilfen Timber Packaging Division since 2016, he is responsible for generating, developing and maintaining new business for the entire division.
Tracey joined Trafalgar Cases in January 1995 and is responsible for internal sales and purchasing.
